Ricotta Cheese, Eggs, Tapioca Flour, Cornstarch, Parmesan Cheese, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Potato Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Black Pepper
Cook ravioli for 6-8 minutes in salted boiling water. To avoid breakage, scoop the ravioli out of the water and strain. Once strained, serve with your favorite sauce.
