Ingredients:
Ricotta Cheese, Eggs, Spinach, Tapioca Flour, Cornstarch, Pecorino Cheese, Potato Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Cook ravioli for 7-9 minutes in salted boiling water. To avoid breakage, scoop the ravioli out of the water and strain. Once strained, serve with your favorite sauce.
